With more than 40 locations across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, CC’s Coffee House looked to provide its customers with what it saw as a more personalized ordering and loyalty service. It enlisted Paytronix Systems Inc. to support the launch of the CC’s Coffee House app, which incorporates ordering, loyalty, and payments.
The app syncs with a loyalty program provided by Paytronix –the two companies have worked together since 2015, a spokesperson says—and enables customers to load funds into the digital wallet to pay for their orders.
The Baton Rouge, La.-based CC’s Coffee House is using a customized version of the white-label Paytronix app. That enables CC’s Coffee House to update and change the app’s content and images at any time to account for new menu items, limited offers and discounts, and seasonal promotions, Paytronix says. Newton, Mass.-based Paytronix supplies its self-service publishing tool, Mobile Experience Builder, to enable real-time app updates.
“By leveraging the Paytronix Mobile Experience Builder as a self-service portal, any new idea for a new drink, menu item or promotion can be implemented in real-time,” Stefan Kochi, Paytronix chief technology officer and head of product, says in a statement.
The coffee chain can use the app to create personalized messages for consumers to view on their smart phones—90% of Americans owned a smart phone as of 2023, the Pew Research Center says—and to receive promotions. The app also provides a geo-fencing capability to alert customers about store-specific promotions and messages, Paytronix says.
