Ramp Acquires Juno and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 3/16/26

  • New York City-based payments and corporate card platform Ramp Business Corp., said it has acquired Juno, a platform that offers travel arrangements for non-employee travel. Terms were not announced.
  • Ramp’s deal for Juno was preceded by its Friday announcement that it has acquired Billhop, a payments provider licensed in the United Kingdom and Sweden. Terms were not announced.
  • Borderless.xyz, a stablecoin platform, said it will join Mastercard Inc.’s Crypto Partner Program as a launch partner.
  • SuisseGold said it will accept the stablecoin Tether for online purchases of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium bars and coins.
  • Fraud-prevention company Fingerprint announced it is launching its Model Context Protocol Server, a move it says will link any AI agent to its device-intelligence platform to enable real-time fraud analysis.
  • Regions Bank announced Jay Darnell has joined the bank as head of commercial card and fintech enablement. In a previous role at Regions, Darnell served as head of B2B payment partnerships and new initiatives from 2014 to 2019.
  • The Western Union Co. appointed former Amway chief executive Milind Pant to its board of directors.
