Aurora Payments Goes for a Ride with 2S LimouSolution; Clara Capital Debuts Same-Day ISO Commissions

Differentiation is a key tactic in the payments world, and Aurora Payments and Clara Capital are the latest in merchant processing to stand out with new services.

First, Tempe, Ariz.-based Aurora Payments is working with Germany-based 2S LimouSolution to integrate the Aurora Arise payment platform in 2S’s software. Launched in 2024, Arise is a multi-feature platform that includes same-day onboarding capability, surcharging, cash discounting, and multiple payment method acceptance, among other functions. Aurora touts Arise as a way to generate revenue from a developer’s software engine. Independent software vendors have long been a valuable market for payments companies.

2S LimouSolution caters to the chauffeured transportation industry. Aurora says the integration is available across multiple 2S LimouSolution products, enabling users to process payments in a secure environment within the same software used for dispatching, booking, fleet management, and invoicing. The integration is PCI-compliant and has instant settlement capabilities and automated reconciliation, Aurora says.

In related news, Woodbury, N.Y.-based Clara Capital Servicing LLC, a merchant financing company, updated its service for independent sales organizations that now includes same-day commissions when a merchant successfully takes on funding from Clara.

Clara says same-day commissions are paid on deals funded by 4 p.m. EST. “Our partners shared that liquidity is one of the biggest pressures they face, and we listened. Because of the automation we’ve deployed, we can now deliver commissions the very same day a deal funds,” Ryan Adwar, Clara chief executive, says in a statement.

Other updates include 12-month terms and new tiers with lower rates, which Clara says are more competitive, and the ability to support thousands of submissions monthly. Clara attributes these updates partly to the use of automation and the incorporation artificial intelligence-assisted underwriting.
