- Processor Jack Henry & Associates Inc. said it will work with Google Cloud to introduce an AI-based security service for financial institutions to enable faster issue resolution and support routine operations.
- Elon Musk’s X social-media platform has started to roll out the X Money payment service to more users to elicit feedback and correct problems in advance of a planned wider launch, according to press accounts. The service, launched last year to a limited base of users, is built into the X social-media platform.
- Zerohash, a digital-asset technology platform for stablecoins and other cryptocurrencies, launched its staking-as-a-service feature for brokerages, banks, and fintechs. Staking is a process by which participants validate funds availability in a blockchain transaction.
- Payments platform GrailPay announced a $10.5 million Series A investment led by MissionOG. The funding will support faster expansion of GrailPay’s Payments Identity Network, the company said.
- Visa Inc. released Visa Destinations, a consumer travel platform for Visa cardholders to find offers on experiences in 10 travel destinations.
- Mastercard Inc. expanded its lifestyle platform Priceless.com to Africa. Cardholders can find experiences now in five global regions.
