Fi911 Launches ResolveLab and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 12/3/25

  • Fi911, a provider of chargeback prevention and risk management, launched ResolveLab, a service it says is aimed at resellers and payment facilitators looking to block chargebacks and control risk.
  • Okta Inc., a provider of identity technology, reported third-quarter revenue of $742 million, up 12% from the same time last year. For the nine months through September, revenue totaled $2.16 million, a 12% increase. Net income for the quarter grew to $43 million from $16 million; for the nine months, to $172 million from $5 million.
  • Rezolve AI said it plans to expand its stablecoin and Bitcoin processing capabilities from its home market in Brazil to North America as it aims to add stablecoins to a platform offering conversational commerce, agentic shopping, and instant checkout.
  • CUDL, a financing platform for the automotive industry, said it will work with payments and fraud-prevention provider Informativ to digitize credit applications, identity verification, and other processes involved in dealership sales to consumers.
  • The patient-billing and payments firms Cerbo LLC and OptiMantra Inc. announced they have merged and have appointed former Paytronix chief executive Jeff Hindman as CEO.
