- Visa Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. said they will donate a dime to New York Cares through the month of September, up to a limit of $250,000, for each tap riders perform with a Chase Visa contactless card on subways or buses operated by New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
- VPay, a payments platform for insurers, found in a survey that, while almost all insurers have installed digital payments, half of all business-to-consumer and business-to-business payments are still processed by paper.
- Fobi AI Inc., a provider of real-time data-analytics technology, announced the availability of its Fobi App on the Shopify App store for use by Shopify merchants in analyzing customer data.
