- Payroc LLC launched Integration Essentials, a service to help software platforms more quickly embed Payroc’s payments services into their platform. It includes prebuilt services such as hosted payment pages, payment links, and Payroc Cloud for in-person acceptance.
- French processor Worldline has agreed to acquire transactions for the buy now, pay later platform Klarna, with a rollout set to start this year.
- Evertec Inc., a processor serving Latin America, has agreed to process transactions for Transbank, said to be one of the biggest acquirers in that region.
- Centerbase, a technology platform specializing in law firms, said it has embedded payments automation through a collaboration with payments-software firm AvidXchange.
- Health-care practice-management platform ChiroTouch has launched CT Pay, a payments platform serving chiropractors.
- Loyyal, a specialist in loyalty and payments technology, has launched GiftOS Point, a digital gift card platform based on artificial intelligence and secured by blockchain. The service is aimed at retailers, shopping malls, and e-commerce merchants globally.
- Shell Oil Products US has launched its Shell Performance Elite World Mastercard, a rewards credit card carrying no annual fee and issued by First Bank & Trust. The card is managed by Imprint, a specialist in cobranded card programs.
