MassPay Adds Three Services and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 6/19/26

  • MassPay, a payment platform enabling businesses to send payments globally, said it has integrated three new services via agreements with providers—account name inquiry, account validation services, and bank account and name validation.
  • Young Kim, a U.S. Congresswoman from California, has proposed the Strengthening Transaction Oversight and Preventing Payments Fraud Act, aimed at allowing financial institutions to put extended holds on suspicious checks and wire transfers while investigations take place.
  • Plasma, a developer of financial technology, has launched Plasma One, an app the company says is aimed at simplifying sending and transacting with stablecoins.
