System Developer Enables ACH and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 12/17/25

  • System Solutions LLC says an update to its integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud ERP software enables merchants to process automated clearing house transactions within 365 Central. 
  • Sardine AI Corp., a risk-management firm, said it will offer real-time transaction monitoring, fraud interdiction, and other services through a partnership with Helix by Q2, a provider of embedded-finance technology.
  • Vox AI, a specialist in conversational voice technology, said it can now enable card payments at drive-through terminals through a partnership with payments provider Adyen NV.
  • FNB Corp., parent of First National Bank, said it is among the first banks to launch Payment Switch, technology that enables customers to move recurring debit card or automated clearing house transactions to FNB through the bank’s Direct Mobile Banking app. 
  • Square, a unit of Block Inc., said it has expanded an integration with Thrive, an inventory-reporting platform, to allow merchants to manage catalogs, sales, and stock both in-store and online, including with Shopify. Square is part of the payments giant Block Inc.
  • Private-jet operator Sentient Jet said it has added Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a payment method on its proprietary card, the Jet Card. Processing is handled by crypto platform BitPay.
  • Software developer Exodus Movement Inc. said it will work with stablecoin issuer MoonPay to launch a stablecoin backed by the U.S. dollar and included in Exodus Pay, part of the Exodus app.
  • Processor Nayax Ltd. said it will work with embedded-payments provider Unipaas to offer both online and card-present acceptance for U.K. software-as-a-service platforms.
  • PayToMe.co, an embedded-payments platform, said it has closed on its acquisitions of the payments and services companies Luggage To Ship Inc., Ship to Box Inc., and Ship And Storage Inc. Terms were not announced.
  • UATP, a global travel-payments company based in Washington, D.C., appointed David Newington managing director, commercial Asia-Pacific, with immediate effect. Newington comes to UATP from APG Pay.
