  • Payments provider Shift4 Payments Inc. said it will process transactions for BetMGM, an online gaming and sports-betting platform.
  • Payments provider ACI Worldwide Inc. said it is working with the Foundation for California Community Colleges to provide ACI Speedpay for student payments via mobile devices.
  • ABC Fitness Solutions LLC, a specialist in billing and payments for the fitness industry, has renewed its relationship with health-club chain Crunch Fitness, which claims more than 1.6 million members and operates more than 380 gyms in 30 states.
  • UNice Hair, an operator of stores that provide wigs, said it is accepting buy now, pay later services from Afterpay Ltd.
  • NCR Corp. has closed on its acquisition of ATM network operator Cardtronics plc. The transaction carried an enterprise value of $2.5 billion, including debt.
  • Payments provider SignaPay Ltd. said it is rebranding itself with an updated logo and an improved Web site.
  • Valid, a provider of identity-verification technology, joined the new Android Ready SE Alliance from Google Inc. The alliance is a joint effort by Google and secure-element vendors to extend hardware-based security in Android devices.
  • American Express Co. reopened its Centurion lounge at LaGuardia Airport for its cardholders.
