Celero Marks Another Acquisition and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 11/15/24

  • Payments provider Celero Commerce acquired Precision Payments. Celero said its total annual North America card processing volume is expected to exceed $28 billion with the addition. Terms were not disclosed.
  • NCR Atleos Corp. said it will provide its Cashzone Network ATMs in United Kingdom-based grocer Waitrose stores.
  • Payhawk Ltd. announced an integration with Mastercard Inc. to offer U.S. and Canadian businesses to view their card transactions in real time on the Payhawk platform.
  • Buy now, pay later provider Klarna AB said office supplies retailer Staples now offers its installment payment option for online purchases. Earlier this week Klarna said it intends to file an initial public offering in the United States.
  • Peer-to-peer payments provider Zelle said it and the Los Angeles Football Club raised $102,000 in 2024 for the Latinos for Education organization.
