- Bank of America reported an all-time high 21.5 million customers now use the peer-to-peer payments network Zelle. BofA customers last year sent and received 1.24 billion Zelle payments totaling $373 billion, both also record highs. In the fourth quarter, Zelle send transactions were double the number of checks written, the bank said. BofA is one of seven major banks that own Early Warning Services LLC, the parent company of Zelle.
- Card-issuing platform Marqeta Inc. said Internet Travel Solutions will use its technology to introduce a T&E credit card for middle-market businesses.
- Business-payments provider ConnexPay launched ConnexPay Flex, a variable-rate card featuring more than 30 dynamic rates.

- Some 52% of app downloads intended expressly for the new Apple Vision Pro headset device are paid, compared to just 5% for broader apps on Apple’s App Store, according to an analysis by AppFigures. Pricing for the Vision Pro device, which went on sale Feb. 2, starts at $3,499.
- Mercatus, a specialist in e-commerce technology for grocery stores, launched AisleOne, which uses customer data to formulate customized offers.
- Flex Payment Solutions, a payments platform specializing in CBD merchants, will work with 1606 Corp., an AI chatbot provider, to customize marketing programs and payment options for a marketing chatbot.
- Euronet, a Kansas-based payments processor that operates in global markets outside the United States, announced it has acquired Singapore-based Infinitium, a provider of risk-management and authentication services. Terms were not announced.
- Bitcoin Depot said it has completed the purchase of some 400 Bitcoin ATMs, which it plans to deploy by the end of March. The company says it plans to have approximately 8,000 machines installed by year’s end.
