Payments and rewards platform PointsKash Inc. said it has signed a new independent software vendor (ISV) agreement with payments processor Paysafe, allowing PointsKash to integrate Paysafe’s processing capabilities into its app.
NCR Voyix Corp. announced it has begun to outsource its self-checkout and point-of-sale hardware businesses to technology firm Ennoconn Corp. under a previously announced plan. Ennoconn will design, manufacture, warrant, and ship the POS and self-checkout equipment directly to NCR Voyix customers.
Deluxe Corp. said it will adopt Visa Inc.’s Visa Direct real-time payments service to underpin Deluxe’s new funding service, dlxFastFunds.
The stablecoin company Rain announced a $250-million Series C funding round led by Iconiq. The round, which values the company at $1.95 billion, brings its total funding to $338 million so far.
BillingPlatform Corp. appointed Chris Bishop chief executive officer, succeeding Dennis Wall, who will remain with the company as a member of its board. Bishop most recently was chief customer officer at Conga, a document-software company.
