  • Instant Financial USA Inc., a platform that digitizes payments for hourly workers, said it has been chosen by the Munson Group to launch digital tips and paycards for workers at Munson’s 33 Sonic Drive-In and Buffalo Wild Wings locations.
  • Theatre Capital announced it has acquired AllPaid Inc., a payments platform serving government agencies and municipalities. Terms were not announced.
  • Truist Financial Corp. has launched its Truist Premium Visa Infinite Card, a rewards card aimed at small businesses. The card, which carries a $299 annual fee, offers 2% unlimited cash back and a 10% bonus when cash rewards are deposited in a Truist Business Deposit account.
  • Feedzai Inc., a payments-fraud prevention platform serving financial institutions, announced a $75-millon funding round valuing the company at more than $2 billion.
  • Glass, a technology provider to government agencies, has launched Glass Pay, a payments service the company says is built specifically for public-sector entities.
  • Bakkt Holdings Inc. reported it has sold its loyalty platform to Project Labrador Holdco LLC. Bakkt says the move will allow the company to focus on its digital-asset business. Terms were not announced.
  • Square Inc. officially announced its technology has been processing payments for JMHG Group, a hospitality company operating venues in London. Square is a unit of Block Inc.
  • Plaid Inc. and MoneyGram said they are expanding their partnership to Europe to enable MoneyGram’s European customers to authenticate their bank accounts via Plaid. The program launched in April in the United States.
