- Adyen NV announced Personalize, a tool that lets businesses modify checkout pages in real time in response to shopper preferences. The new service is related to Adyen Uplift, a routing capability launched last year and aimed at increasing conversion rates.
- Lut, a cannabis-payments specialist, said it will work with Frankenmuth Credit Union to process transactions for cannabis merchants in Michigan.
- Rezolve AI PLC, a developer of AI-related payments technology, has acquired Reward, a customer-rewards and marketing platform, for $230 million in cash.
- Payments-technology provider Basys Processing Inc. introduced an integration with QuickBooks that allows users of QuickBooks Online and Desktop to weave payments links directly into invoices, a move Basys says will reduce processing fees.
- Conduit Technology Inc., a Boston-based cross-border stablecoin payments platform, said it will work with Africa-based Onafriq to introduce stablecoin-based payments on that network. Onafriq links to a billion mobile wallets and 500 million bank accounts in 40 African nations.
- The processor Deluxe Corp. said it will sell its Safeguard promotions business to Proforma, a printing and promotions company. Terms were not announced.
- PayNearMe Inc. announced its revenue last year totaled more than $200 million, up 60% from 2024, on annual processing volume of more than $50 billion.
- Nacha celebrated National Nacha Accreditation Day, the first of what it says will be an annual recognition of payments professionals who have earned one of three accreditations offered by the automated clearing house network operator. Some 6,000 persons were so honored on this first occasion.
- Subscription-billing provider Recurly Inc. has appointed Suzin Wold chief marketing officer. Her experience includes cofounding Blackhawk Network.
- Identity-verification provider Trulioo Inc. appointed Jana Hill chief people officer. Her experience includes positions at Nuvei, Element AI, and CAE.
