- Payments platform Blackhawk Network announced it will work with Exchange Solutions, an offers service, to develop loyalty programs for businesses.
- An American Express Co. and Forbes Insight survey found that 73% of consumers choose a credit card as their preferred payment method followed by debit card, 56%, and cash, 50%. The survey canvassed 2,507 U.S. consumers in September and October.
- Working with United Airlines, Chase announced its new United Family of Cards, said to offer new benefits taking effect Monday for new and existing United MileagePlus members.
- Bitcoin Depot, which operates a network of some 8,400 Bitcoin ATMs, appointed David Gray chief financial officer. Gray joins the company from Avant Networks, where he also served as CFO.
