- Visa Inc. announced the latest version of its Visa Vulnerability Agentic Harness, which the card network says will help reduce the time between the discovery and resolution of fraud-attack paths. Some resolution times can be cut from weeks to hours, Visa says.
- Payments-technology company CARD91 launched SpendFlow, a commercial card program it says is geared to complexities introduced by business requirements and policies, including approval structures, consolidated billing, and rules around supplier payments.
- InComm Payments announced Sam’s Club has joined InComm Healthcare’s OTC Network, a move that will allow Sam’s Club members receiving benefits through InComm Healthcare’s restricted-spend cards to use plan-sponsored funds to buy products at physical Sam’s Club stores in the U.S.
- Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume, has launched a developer platform called AgentOS, which it says links AI applications to its trading, wallet, payment, and on-chain services for both traditional and cryptocurrency transactions.
- Repay Holdings Corp. said its Payables Platform will be integrated with NxtEdge, a provider of inventory and cost-control software, to automate end-to-end accounts-payable for NxtEdge clients.
- Fraud prevention specialist Socure Inc. said it acquired Fravity, an agentic operations platform. Terms were not disclosed. Socure also said it completed a fundraising round, led by Summit Partners, that values the company at $5.2 billion. Terms of the funding round were not disclosed.
- Lightspeed Commerce Inc. released its fifth annual Sustainability Report.
- Bill payment provider InvoiceCloud said a survey found slow claims payouts are a top consumer complaint for insurance policy owners. The survey of 1,000 U.S. adults found that only 15% received a payout within a week of their claim, followed by 25% who received the payout one to several weeks later.
