- Trust Payments Ltd., a payments provider in the U.K., European Union, and U.S. markets, announced it has acquired retail-technology company WonderLane Solutions Ltd. Terms were not announced.
- In related news, Trust Payments is the first client to go live on a payments platform created by cryptocurrency specialist Ripple Labs Inc. and Moduir Finance Ltd., a payments technology provider.
- Payments provider DNA Payments Ltd. said it has acquired payments-technology firm Kwalitas. Terms were not announced.
- ACI Worldwide Inc. said Como Global S.A., a payment service and gateway provider, will use ACI’s Secure eCommerce service to enhance its payments gateway, Como World.
- Corcentric LLC, a provider of revenue-management software, said it has rebranded its Vendorin unit as Corcentric Payments. Corcentric acquired the payments-technology company in 2020.
- Circle Internet Financial LLC, a provider of technology for digital-currency transactions, said it is supporting the USD Coin currency on the Flow network.
- In related news, Bakkt Holdings Inc. announced Hanover Community Bank will link to Bakkt’s cryptocurrency platform, allowing access to Bitcoin and Ethereum through the bank’s mobile app.
