- PAR Technology Corp., a provider of payments technology to restaurants, said Krystal Restaurants LLC has opted to use PAR’s Punchh loyalty technology to support its recently introduced Club Krystal program. Krystal operates close to 300 locations in 11 states.
- Payments-technology platform Yeeld said it has expanded its surcharging service to Canada for both of its products, YeeldPay and the Yeeld Surcharging API.
- The big French processor Worldline reported third-quarter revenue of 1.149 billion euros ($1.33 billion), down 0.8% year over year. The company’s biggest unit, Merchant Services, showed a 0.1% decline in revenue, at 862 million euros ($999.9 million).
- PayPal Holdings Inc. released its 2025 Holiday Shopping Survey that found 77% of past or potential shoppers who used artificial intelligence services intend to use one as a shopping assistant this holiday season. PayPal commissioned Talker Research to survey 1,000 U.S. adults in September.
- Fintech i2c Inc. said it was certified by Visa Inc. to globally enable Click to Pay, an EMVCo standard for online checkout.
- Business-software developer ECI Software Solutions announced it has created a payments division to manage the $7 billion in annualized volume the company already processes. Former American Express Co. executive Andres Ricaurte has been appointed president of the unit.
- Metropolis, a parking-technology platform, said it is working with Bilt, a payments and rewards provider catering to renters, to allow Bilt users to earn Bilt points for parking at participating garages served by Metropolis.
- Crypto and stablecoin platform sFox Inc. said its Connect platform exceeded $600 billion in transaction volume. Connect enables organizations to manage their crypto activity, including onboarding customers and provisioning wallets, without having to build their own technology suite.
- Mastercard Inc. said Jill Kramer will succeed Raja Rajamannar Dec. 1 as chief marketing and communications officer at Mastercard Inc. Rajamannar will move to the position of senior fellow for Mastercard. Kramer comes to the card company from Accenture, where she held the same position.
- Stefanie Nelson has joined business-to-business payments provider PrimeRevenue as vice president of payment solutions. She joins the company from Edenred Pay USA.
