- Payments provider Priority Commerce announced it will process ticketing transactions for the National Football League’s Pittsburgh Steelers under a multi-year agreement. Priority Payments rebranded as Priority Commerce in late 2024.
- Gift card and loyalty technology provider Factor4 announced an integration with the MX POS platform from Priority Commerce. The integration is aimed at easing the way for merchants to sell, redeem, and manage both physical and digital gift cards directly within MX POS.

- Delivery service provider DoorDash said it completed an integration with Shopify Inc. that makes DoorDash available as a native sales channel in the Shopify App Store.
- Issuer processor Thredd announced it has joined Visa Inc.’s Agentic Ready program, a move that it says will allow issuers throughout Europe to process payments initiated by AI agents without reworking their payments systems.
- The Middle East and Africa posted the highest average fraud rates in the second quarter, at 2.03% of airline-booking transactions, up from 0.95% in the first quarter and a multiple of the 0.29% global average, according to the Q2 2026 Global Air Travel Fraud Report from Accertify. The report analyzed 132.9 million airline-booking transactions processed between April and June.
