- Paysafe Ltd. announced it is processing payments for several iGaming operators in the Canadian province of Ontario, including PointsBet and theScoreBet.
- Diebold Nixdorf said Langley Federal Credit Union selected the company to operate and manage its self-service banking channel. The credit union said it has more than 320,000 members
- Buy now, pay later specialist Klarna AB has closed on its acquisition of PriceRunner, a comparison-shopping service active in the Nordic region and United Kingdom. Terms were not announced.
- In related news, Klarna announced late last week it is launching an open-banking platform called Klarna Kosma.
- Fiserv Inc. closed on its acquisition of the part of the digital-banking platform Finxact Inc. it doesn’t already own. Fiserv announced the $650-millon deal in February.
- Mastercard Inc. said it completed the acquisition of Dynamic Yield, a personalization and engagement provider, from McDonald’s Corp. Terms were not disclosed.
- I Hate Receipts launched its merchant alliance network to entice retailers, brands and technology companies to join its contactless receipt system. The service includes a software development kit that enables sending digital receipts from participating organizations to a consumer’s receipt wallet to store and track in-store and online purchases.
- Synchrony Financial said Kamila Chytil was appointed to its board of directors. Chytil is executive vice president and chief operating officer at DentaQuest, an oral health care company.
