Payoneer Acquires Boundless and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 1/20/26

U.S. payments platform Payoneer Global Inc. said it has acquired Boundless Technologies Ltd., an employer-of-record platform based in Ireland. Terms were not disclosed.
RapidWorks Inc., a software developer for the heavy construction equipment industry, launched Rapid Payments, a service to help contractors collect, track, and manage payments within the RapidWorks system.
TreviPay unveiled its Pay by Invoice service for Visa-issuing banks, a move it says enables issuers to transfer more business-to-business spending to invoice-based transactions.
Gusto Inc., a provider of payments and human-resources software, said it will work with zerohash, a cryptocurrency platform, to enable payouts in stablecoins to contractors operating globally. Through the collaboration, funds can move cross-border in minutes rather than the common three to seven days, the companies say.
Onboarding platform Trulioo named Craig McDonald chief revenue officer. McDonald most recently was an executive at Trustly and has held positions at MoneyGram and Nexxo Financial.
