- NCR Corp. said it will acquire LibertyX, a cryptocurrency software provider. Its software runs on ATMs and point-of-sale systems. Terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close later this year.
- EVO Payments Inc. said it acquired Anderson Zaks Ltd., a payment gateway based in the United Kingdom. Terms were not disclosed.
- Paysafe Ltd. said it will acquire PagoEfectivo, a Peru-based alternative payments platform. Terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close by the end of August.
- Voyager Digital Ltd., a cryptocurrency platform, said it acquired Coinify ApS, a Denmark-based cryptocurrency payment platform, in a stock and cash deal of 5.1 million shares and $15 million.
- Spence Labs, which provides a digital payment system for the cannabis industry, said its service is now integrated into the Blaze point-of-sale system for merchants selling legal cannabis products.
- Advanced Fraud Solutions launched TrueACH with Account Validation, a tool that enables financial institutions to confirm account status and verify users to help comply with Nacha’s WEB Debit Account Validation Rule.
