- ATM maker and services provider NCR Atleos Corp. said it supports a New York state law that requires retailers and food establishments to accept cash for in-person transactions. Taking effect March 21, the law means these businesses cannot refuse cash payments and prohibits them from charging cash-paying customers higher fees.
