- Banking services and processor Jack Henry & Associates Inc. reported $2.54 billion in revenue for fiscal 2026, which ended June 30, up 6.7% from $2.38 billion in 2025. Net income for the year of $502.8 million increased 10.3% from $455.7 million the year prior. In the fourth quarter, Jack Henry had $644 million in revenue, up 4.6% from $615.4 million in the year-ago quarter. Its quarterly net income of $111.2 million decreased 12.9% from $127.6 million.
- Cut+Dry, a payments platform for the foodservice business, said it has acquired Enterprise Café, a business-intelligence provider for the same industry. Terms were not announced.
- CBS Northstar, a provider of point-of-sale technology for restaurants, announced an integration with Decision Logic, a developer of restaurant-management tools.
- Video game commerce company Xsolla said its new integration with games backend platform AccelByte will enable developers to use Xsolla’s payments and monetization tools in their apps.
- Cross-border payments firm Nium said it launched card issuing in the United States. In the past 12 months it has issued more than 41 million card credentials in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe regions.
- Payments provider Kurv released its “The Swipe Tax Survival Report: How Credit Card Fees Are Changing SMB Decision-Making” report that found 47% of 461 small business owners it surveyed spend more on their credit card processing fees than on efforts to grow their businesses.
- American Express Co. announced it has been named the official payments partner for St Andrews Links Trust, which manages eight golf courses at St Andrews, Scotland.
