- Instant settlement payments provider Coinflow Labs said it raised $2.25 million in a seed round. Coinflow’s instant settlement service relies on multiple blockchains as the settlement layer. More than 50 merchants use the service, it said.

- FrontStream Holdings Inc., a payments provider for charitable giving organizations, promoted Matt Murphy to chief executive. Murphy succeeds Paul Plaia, who moves to a senior advisor role. Murphy joined FrontStream in 2021 as chief financial officer.
