Gr4vy’s Airline Move and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 8/20/25

  • The payments-technology firm Gr4vy Inc. said it will work with Datalex, a technology provider for airline e-commerce, to enable payment orchestration capabilities for the airline industry.
  • Payments provider Priority Technology Holdings Inc. said it has closed on an acquisition of revenue agreements and customer relationships owned by Boom Commerce, a Priority reseller. Priority said it expects the deal to generate $5 million in incremental revenue this year.
  • Lithic Inc., a card-issuing processor, announced an integration with Visa Account Level Management through Visa’s Card Program Enrollment API. The integration is said to enable faster delivery of premium card programs to Lithic’s fintech partners.
  • PSQ Holdings Inc. said its payments and credit capabilities will be integrated into a platform operated by the Silencer Shop, a vendor of gun silencers through more than 6,000 local gun shops.
  • In a related development, PSQ said it was notified by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that the agency is dropping a 4-year-old investigation of Credova Financial LLC, a PSQ unit.
  • PenFed Credit Union announced it is working with InComm Payments to offer mobile cash deposits at participating stores, including locations operated by Dollar General, Walgreens, Kroger, and  7-Eleven. Users will deploy their PenFed mobile app to generate a one-time barcode and then scan the code at checkout to make a cash deposit.
  • The payments platform Higlobe said it will work with Coins.ph, a digital-wallet and crypto exchange, to offer cross-border payments for U.S. businesses with a need to pay businesses and persons in the Philippines.
  • Processor Jack Henry & Associates Inc. reported $615.4 million in revenue for its June quarter, up nearly 10% over the same period last year. Revenue for the full year ended June 30 totaled $2.38 billion, up 7.2%. Net income for the quarter grew 26%, to $127.6 million; for the year, 19%, to $455.7 million.
  • Centerbase, a provider of technology for law firms, has launched Centerbase Payments, a billing and payment platform, with support from Stripe Inc.
