- The payments platform Dwolla announced it has connected with FedNow, the Federal Reserve’s real-time payments platform. The company says it now has links to the two major U.S. instant-payment systems, the RTP network and FedNow.
- Bakkt Holdings Inc., a cryptocurrency-technology firm, announced a proposed public offering of Class A shares. The timing and other matters concerning the offering are subject to market conditions.
- The credit-reporting agency Equifax said it will work with Qlarifi to study the effect buy now, pay later credit reporting is having on credit-risk assessment and fraud preventions. Qlarifi is a database said to have been developed specifically for BNPL lending.
- American Express announced an integration with Navan, a business-travel expense-management service, that allows U.S. business and corporate card holders to create unique virtual cards for travel when booked on the Navan travel platform through Navan Connect.
