- Payments security provider PCI Pal named Mufti Monim chief technology officer. Monim most recently was CTO at Deko, a retail finance cloud technology provider.
- The Electronic Transactions Association named Matt Tremblay senior manager of state government affairs. Previously, Tremblay was director of state government affairs at the Project Management Institute.
- Mercator Advisory Group named Amy Dunckelmann as vice president of research operations. Her prior experience includes time at Mastercard Advisors, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC.
