- ATM deployer NCR Atleos Corp. said it has agreed to be acquired by The Brink’s Company in a transaction valued at approximately $6.6 billion, including 13.3 million shares of Brink’s common stock and $2.2 billion in cash. Brink’s will also assume approximately $2.6 billion in debt held by NCR Atleos. The deal, which was approved unanimously by the boards of both companies, is expected to close in the first quarter next year.
- Visa Inc. said it has closed on its acquisitions of Prisma Medios de Pago S.A.U. and Newpay S.A.U., both based in Argentina. The former company is a specialist in issuer processing, the latter an operator of real-time networks. Terms were not announced.
- Digital-banking platform Bluevine Capital Inc. said it launched several payments and invoicing services for small businesses, including the ability to convert estimates into invoices and to send payments to other users with no fee.
- Klarna AB released full-year 2025 results indicating gross merchandise volume processed grew 22% from 2024, reaching $127.9 billion. Revenue totaled $3.5 billion, up 25%, while the count of active consumers increased 28%, reaching 118 million, and the merchant count hit 966,000, up 42%. Klarna released its fourth-quarter 2025 results Feb. 19.
- InComm Payments said it is working with SKUx, a mobile-wallet-based processor, to enable blockchain-backed digital payments for humanitarian aid and other purposes.
- Miracle Pay, a company that enables merchants to accept cryptocurrency at the point of sale using existing POS technology, said it has begun a global rollout.
- Paysafe Ltd. appointed four new board members, including former PayPal and Visa executive Rupert Keeley, former eBay and Amazon executive Pete Thompson, former Major League Baseball and Marriott International executive Karin Timpone, and former Corsair executive Edward Wertheim. Two long-time board members, Peter Rutland and Matthew Bryant, left Feb. 26.
