- Cryptocurrency issuer Circle Internet Group Inc., which went public June 5, announced a public offering of 10 million shares of Class A common stock at $130 per share, with an Aug. 18 closing date. Shares in the company reached a high of $290.86 June 23.
- California-based Subotiz, a platform based on artificial intelligence and offering processing of subscription payments for digital merchants, announced its launch.
- The “2025 State-by-State Bill Pay Market Report” from bill-payment platform doxoInsights indicates American households spend a median $2,058 per month on bills, or 31% of U.S. median household income. The most expensive state for bills is California, at $2,854 per month; the least expensive is West Virginia, at $1,149.
