- FlightLogger, a provider of software for flight training, has chosen BlueSnap Inc. as its payments provider globally.
- Gross proceeds to Circle Internet Group Inc. from its recent initial public offering came to $1.2 billion, a total that includes an agreement by underwriters to purchase an additional 5.1 million shares of Class A common stock in a transaction that closed Wednesday. Circle is a major stablecoin platform.
- Native Teams, a provider of work-related payments, announced Gig Pay, a payroll and wallet platform aimed at freelancers and gig workers.

- Visa Inc. announced it has signed soccer star Lamine Yamal as a global ambassador for FIFA World Cup 26, which is expected to begin next year in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Visa is an official payment-technology partner with FIFA.
- Processor Worldpay said it expanded its partnership with Visa Inc. to enable the pass through of additional data fields to the issuer to support authentication without the need for a one-time-password challenge, as with a standard 3D Secure online transaction for U.S. merchants using Worldpay’s 3DS Flex service.
- Bambu Dessert Drinks said it will adopt hardware and software from Square, the payments-technology unit of Block Inc., for all of its 67 North American locations.
- U.S. Bank said it will integrate its Elan Financial Services credit card with Fiserv Inc.’s Credit Choice platform, which helps banks create credit card programs for Fiserv client banks.
- The Accredited Standards Committee X9 Inc. said its Financial Services Operations Subcommittee has finished two new standards, one dealing with legal record requests and the other with account-verification requests exchange. Both standards are expected to enhance automation, interoperability, and efficiency, X9 says.
- The Dogecoin Foundation’s House of Doge unit appointed fintech veterans Marco Margiotta chief executive and Ryan Deslippe chief payments officer. House of Doge, part of the Dogecoin Foundation, works to promote the digital currency Dogecoin.
