- Lux Vending LLC, which does business as Bitcoin ATM operator Bitcoin Depot Inc., has agreed to deploy its machines in 125 locations owned by convenience-store chain GetGo Cafe + Market. Overall, Bitcoin Depot operates approximately 7,000 machines in 48 states and 10 Canadian provinces.

- Some 53% of consumers in the United States and nine other countries are using a digital app to send and receive money, making apps the most popular method for remittances, according to “Money Travels: 2023 Digital Remittances Adoption,” a December survey by Visa Inc. and conducted among a sample of more than 14,000 remittance senders in the 10 countries.

- A survey from credit union service organization Member Access Processing found that 65% of credit union executives said their payment card processor is “very important” to their success. - POPcodes Inc., a smart point-of-sale terminal services provider, said a white-labeled version of its Push Button Services product, which enables messaging merchants via a smart terminal, reduced inbound support calls for one large merchant acquirer by 50%.
