- Payments-technology platform Adyen NV introduced two new point-of-sale terminals, the S1E4 Pro, a mobile device, and the S1F4 Pro, aimed at countertops. The devices will be available for order in the first quarter next year.
- Processor Lightspeed Commerce Inc. reported September-quarter revenue of $319 million, up 15% year-over-year, on a 22% jump in gross payment volume to $10.8 billion. Its net loss widened 9%, to $32.7 million.
- ACI Worldwide Inc. reported third-quarter revenue of $482 million, up 7% year-over-year, with net income of $91.3 million, up 12%.
- Very Good Security Inc. said it is now offering 3D Secure service in a single API integration.
- American Express Co. said it is expanding its partnership with Emburse, a travel expense management platform, with the availability of the American Express Virtual Card and Real-Time Transaction Data in the Emburse Enterprise Expense service.
- Newtek One Inc. said its Newtek Merchants Solutions LLC subsidiary named Justine Martin chief revenue officer. Much of her career was at Bank of America’s Merchant Services division prior to joining Newtek.
- Fortis Payment Systems LLC appointed Brent Cole chief financial officer and Sharat Shankar chief risk and operations officer. Coles has held roles at Onbe, Clearent, and BluePay. Shankar most recently was executive vice president of risk at Corpay.
- Pavilion Payments LLC, a payments provider for the gaming industry, appointed Annabelle Lee vice president of marketing. Lee has 15 years of experience in the industry, according to Pavilion.
