- Bill-payment platform InvoiceCloud introduced its Billing Experience, which it says relies on AI throughout billing and payments operations.
- The peer-to-peer payments service Zelle named 10 MBA students as recipients of the Zelle Community Development & Entrepreneurship Scholarship, which was open to MBA students at five historically Black colleges and universities.
- PayPal Holdings Inc.’s Venmo P2P payments service said it has expanded its Stash rewards program, including 5% cash back when spending with Venmo at select merchants.
- The Financial Technology Association has launched a national marketing campaign to support buy now, pay later payment options. The effort includes a dedicated site and a rollout of digital advertising in certain markets.
- The Financial Data Exchange, a standards body for banks and fintechs, announced an effort to underscore safety and innovation related to consumer and corporate use of AI agents to send sensitive financial-account data.
- Finwise Bancorp said it will support an unsecured consumer credit card from Vera Inc. targeting prime and near-prime U.S. consumers. Vera, founded last year, is led by co-founder and chief executive Sandeep Sachdeva, a former Capital One executive.
- The payments-technology developer TreviPay announced its TreviPay Crossroads payments conference is set for Nov. 10 in Kansas City, Mo.
- Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) announced it has designated payments platform i2c Inc. the official payment-processing partner of RLL.
