- Transaction Network Services Inc. has agreed to acquire BT Group’s Radianz unit, a provider of financial-information exchange networks, in a transaction expected to close in the first half of next year. Terms were not disclosed.
- Chargebacks911 said it will work with Client-side Development, Inc., a provider of client-side intelligence, to help merchants cut fraud and comply with payments-industry requirements.
- Flex, a payments platform specializing in health-and-wellness stores, announced it raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by First Round and Core VC. Total capital raised now stands at $18 million.
