- Worldpay LLC announced it will continue processing payments for Henry Schein One under a new long-term contract. A dental-software house, Henry Schein One, serves 75,000 practices. Worldpay is in the process of becoming part of Global Payments Inc.
- Private-equity firm GTCR has acquired Innovative Systems, a 27-year-old provider of payments and bill-processing software. Terms were not announced.
- Marketing platform ActiveCampaign said it has integrated Square Loyalty, enabling businesses to automatically sync customer loyalty activity from Square directly into their ActiveCampaign accounts.
- Technology platform accesso Technology Group plc said it has worked with PayPal Holdings Inc. to develop a new integration that adds to PayPal Checkout with support for Venmo, Pay Later and PayPal Credit, guest checkout for cards, and, in the United Kingdom, the installment service Pay in 3. The company says it provides technology for more than 1,200 leisure and entertainment venues globally.
- Payouts orchestration platform PayQuicker launched its same-day ACH transfer function.
- Green Dot Corp. said its wage and disbursements division rapid! joined the Workday Partner Program. Workday is a financial management and human resources software maker.
- Travel payments specialist UATP said its new partnership with AsiaPay, an electronic payment service, enables AsiaPay to connect to merchants through UATP’s in-house alternative form of payment processing service.
- Standard Chartered Bank and Ant International have begun trials for a bank-to-wallet money-transfer service using the international Swift network and e-wallets from Ant’s Alipay+ unit.
- Prove Identity Inc. said the First National Bank of Omaha will use Prove Pre-Fill identity verification service to help with the customer onboarding process for cobranded credit cards issued by FNBO.
