- Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. announced a promotional agreement with Visa Inc., involving benefits and offers for holders of Block Inc.’s Visa-branded Cash App debit card.
- CasaPerks Technologies Inc. has launched CasaCash, a rewards program that can be offered by property owners to renters as an alternative to a program based on credit cards.
- The board of directors of buy now, pay later specialist Sezzle Inc. authorized a repurchase of $15 million of the company’s common stock at a time to be determined. The move comes after the company’s decision in December to repurchase $5 million of its stock.
- Payments platform ConnexPay LLC announced Kurt Adams has joined its board of directors. Adams’s experience includes executive roles with Fleetcor Technologies, U.S. Bank, and Elavon Financial Services, among other companies.
