- The Knot Worldwide, a marketplace for wedding technology, said it added Venmo as a payment option on its Wedding Registry, allowing users to send money as gifts via bank account, debit card, or Venmo balance. Venmo is a unit of PayPal Holdings Inc.
- Glia, an AI provider for banks, unveiled Glia AI Outreach, a medium allowing community and regional banks to reach customers with loan-payment reminders and other banking matters.
- Interchecks, a faster-payments provider specializing in sportsbooks, said its Account Funding Transactions capability is now generally available. The service allows businesses to fund eligible accounts by using debit credentials. Interchecks also announced a $50-million Series C funding round led by Bettor Capital, Commerce Ventures, Decades Holdings, and Thayer Street Partners.
- Jack Henry & Associates Inc. said CorTrust Bank will move to its processing platform, which includes the Banno Digital Platform for card processing.
- ACI Worldwide Inc., a U.S.-based payments platform, said it has joined the European Payments Initiative as a principal member and will adopt EPI’s Wero wallet technology in its payments-orchestration platform.
