Repay Revenue up 33% and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 8/11/26

  • Repay Holdings Corp. reported second-quarter revenue of $100.7 million, up 33% year-over-year, with $21 million contributed by Kubra Data Transfer Ltd., a bill-payment platform Repay acquired for $372 million in cash on June 1. Repay narrowed its net loss to $11.5 million from $108 million a year ago.
  • Bill pay services provider InvoiceCloud Inc. said it will work with Hansen Technologies to make InvoiceCloud’s payment platform available to users of Hansen’s software for the utilities, energy, and communications industries.
  • XDC, a blockchain, said an integration with stablecoin-technology platform Bridge will allow developers to convert between cash and stablecoins and allow businesses to accept fiat currencies while receiving settlement in stablecoins on XDC with near real time speed. The process is expected to support agentic commerce. Bridge is a unit of Stripe.
  • Thredd, a London-based issuer processor, said it will process a new stablecoin-backed Visa card program from Cashi. The program is underway in Hong Kong, with plans for an introduction in Mexico later this year.
  • Payments provider CardFlight Inc. named Dustin Siner chief revenue officer, a new position at CardFlight, and appointed Bryan Davis chief technology officer. Siner most recently was an executive at Payarc and Davis worked at Tilled.
  • Barry McCarthy, president and chief executive of the payments company Deluxe Corp., has been appointed to the board of directors of Radian Group Inc., an insurance company.
