- Online travel agency Expedia Group Inc. signed a multiyear agreement with Wells Fargo Co. and Mastercard Inc. to launch two new cobranded credit cards.
- Digital-payments platform Billtrust said Visa Inc. has agreed to extend an agreement under which the card network markets Billtrust’s Business Payments Network to financial institutions for use by corporate customers. The network was launched in 2018.
- Canada-based processor Nuvei Corp. announced a service with Mastercard that allows cryptocurrency users in Europe to convert their assets to fiat currency through debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
- In related news, a Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency-wallet company called Coca has launched debit cards backed by crypto. The move will see the cards issued in more than 50 countries.
