InFlow’s Agentic Commerce Tool Debuts and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 12/5/25

  • InFlow, a startup aimed at enabling payments via agentic commerce, announced its launch with technology that allows agents to complete payments as instructed without pausing for human intervention.
  • Digital-identity platform Socure Inc. has acquired Qlarifi Ltd., a U.K.-based consumer credit database specializing in buy now, pay later activity. Terms were not disclosed. BNPL now accounts for almost 6% of all U.S. e-commerce transactions, with BNPL spending expected to be more than $700 billion globally by 2028, Socure says.
  • Worldwide Stablecoin Payment Network, a developer of stablecoin technology, launched its White-Label Stablecoin Solution, aimed at enabling companies and financial institutions to issue branded stablecoins.
  • LexisNexis Risk Solutions said it has enhanced its IDVerse service to offer new document and biometric verification capabilities in financial services, gaming, retail, and other industries.
  • NCR Atleos Corp. said a connection to Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union will allow the institution to offer its members cash deposits at 3,500 ATMs throughout the U.S.
  • Technology provider Prometeo launched Name Match, a service that lets businesses verify bank-account ownership before initiating payments.
  • Jefferson Capital Inc., which buys active and charged-off consumer accounts, said it has acquired a credit card portfolio from affiliates of Bluestem Brands for $196.1 million. It estimates $310 million remains in collections.
