- Buy now, pay later provider Klarna AB said online retailer Rare Carat now offers Klarna payment methods.
- Emburse, a provider of expense-management technology, announced its first venture outside the U.S. market for Emburse Spend, a payment-management platform the company is bringing to Australia. The company says its technology does not require companies to change cards, banking relationships, or rewards programs they already use.
- The payments platform TabaPay Inc. announced it will acquire Transact Bank, N.A., a Denver-based institution. The bank will be renamed TabaBank, N.A. following the close of the deal, expected in the fourth quarter. Terms were not announced. The company also announced $155 million in strategic growth financing led by FTV Capital.
