  • Specialty-insurance carrier Blitz Insurance said it will adopt digital-payments technology from insurance-payments specialist Ascend.
  • RevoluGroup Canada Inc., the company behind the RevoluPay payments app, announced the resignation of its chief executive, Steve Marshall, for health reasons. The company has started its search for Marshall’s successor.
