Fiserv Buys Rest of AIB and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 6/6/25

Fiserv Inc. said it has agreed to acquire the 49.9% share of Ireland-based AIB Merchant Services it doesn’t already own. The joint venture between the two companies dates back to 2007.
CPACharge, an online payment service for accounting professionals from AffiniPay, has a new partnership with SafeSend, a service for tax and accounting firms, that enables these firms to embed CPACharge directly into the workflow for SafeSend One, a documents and related tools services.
Shift4 Payments Inc. again extended its $2.5-billion, all-cash offer for Global Blue Holding AG, a European payments company. The latest extension runs until June 23. The move follows an extension announced in April for the deal, which was reached in February.
ATM services and maker NCR Atleos Corp. said Morrisons Daily, a 900-location convenience store chain, will install Atleos Cashzone Network ATMs in its stores.
