Euna Launches Storefront Pro and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 9/3/25

  • Euna Solutions, a provider of payments software to the public sector, launched Storefront Pro, e-commerce software aimed at easing purchases through existing procurement channels.
  • Equifax Inc. has launched Identity Proofing, aimed at helping online merchants and financial institutions in verifying customer information during transactions and onboarding processes.
  • Nasdaq Verafin and BioCatch announced they will leverage their technologies in a joint effort to fight payments fraud.
  • IndicaOnline, a provider of point-of-sale software for developers, has launched sweedePay, an online payment facility it says is designed specifically for cannabis sales. Processing is handled by AeroPay, a pay-by-bank platform.
  • Payments-technology provider Airwallex announced it has acquired OpenPay, a provider of subscription processing and payment orchestration. Terms were not disclosed.
  • Billing platform Chargebee Inc. has acquired Inai Technologies Co., a provider of payments intelligence and analytics. Terms were not announced.
  • Transaction Network Services Inc. has agreed to acquire BT Group’s Radianz unit, a provider of financial-information exchange networks, in a transaction expected to close in the first half of next year. Terms were not disclosed.
  • Chargebacks911 said it will work with Client-side Development, Inc., a provider of client-side intelligence, to help merchants cut fraud and comply with payments-industry requirements. 
  • Flex, a payments platform specializing in health-and-wellness stores, announced it raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by First Round and Core VC. Total capital raised now stands at $18 million.
  • CMSPI, a payments advisory serving merchants, has released its second annual State of the Industry Report, compiled in collaboration with the Insights Advisory Council.
