Bluwhale’s Stablecoin Agent and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 11/24/25

  • Bluwhale AI Inc. has launched its AI Stablecoin Agent, aimed at helping individuals automate their management of dollar-denominated digital-currency assets.
  • American Express Co. announced it is working with the International Downtown Association to award more than $1.4 million in grants to 97 small and independently owned restaurants in 14 cities outside the U.S. The program launched in 2022 and has granted more than $3.2 million.
  • Cross River Bank has launched a capability to support payments via stablecoins. The service is available immediately for “approved partners across fintech, enterprises, and crypto-native companies,” the bank says, with wider availability coming, the bank says.
  • The money-movement company TerraPay Holdings Ltd. launched Xend, a service aimed at enabling interoperability among payments via wallets, banks, and cards internationally.
  • The payments-technology fintech Green Dot Corp. has agreed to sell its non-bank assets to Smith Ventures for $690 million in cash to form a new fintech company. In a second transaction, the banking company CommerceOne Financial Corp. will acquire Green Dot Bank for an unspecified price. The acquired bank will become a publicly traded bank holding company and serve as the fintech’s issuing bank, the parties announced.
  • Paysafe Ltd. said it will process payments in Pix, a popular payment method in Brazil, for Boosteroid, said to be the world’s largest cloud-based videogaming provider.
  • The spend-management platform Cledara Ltd. said its customers can now add their Cledara Spend cards to Apple Wallet and use Apple Pay for payments.
