Travel companies contend with chargeback disputes as any other merchant would, and now those using the Outpayce platform can tap into Riskified’s fraud-prevention tools and its Chargeback Guarantee model to help.
Announced Tuesday, the integration sees Riskified services made available via Outpayce’s, payments platform from Amadeus IT Group SA, which provides global travel data services. Amadeus says more than 180,000 travel agencies and airline sales offices use its booking system. In 2025, Amadeus had 484.5 million bookings, with 24.8% of them made from North America.
Riskified says Outpayce clients will have access to its decision and risk-management services that incorporate artificial intelligence. Riskified also says it is the first chargeback– guarantee services available on Outpayce, which Amadeus launched in 2023.

Riskified, with dual headquarters in New York City and Tel Aviv, Israel, says its chargeback-guarantee service uses machine-learning models to analyze “hundreds” of features per transaction and draws upon a history of earlier transactions to help discern whether a transaction should be approved or declined. Users may pay only for approved orders that generate revenue, it says.
Riskified says an international airline in the Asia-Pacific region will be the first to use the service later this year.
Travel poses a unique attraction for criminals because it has high-ticket value and transactions are made in the card-not-present environment, Riskified says. A Riskified report found that flight bookings in the past year carried a 14% higher risk than the previous year.
Other elements of the Riskified-Outpayce alliance are AI-enabled fraud detection, expertise in travel, and the potential to reduce manual reviews of suspicious transactions.
