- Affirm Inc. said it will offer its installment-payment services to customers of New Look Vision Group in Canada. The company operates 475 stores in Canada and the United States.
- Payments platform Payroc announced it has agreed to acquire LedgerPay Inc., which does business as PayiQ. With the acquisition, Payroc says it will gain direct connections to all major credit and debit card networks. The deal is expected to close by Sept. 30. Pricing terms were not announced.

- Stablecoin issuer Circle Internet Group Inc. has appointed Adam Selipsky to its board of directors. Selipsky formerly was chief executive of Amazon Web Services.
- Subscription platform Recurly appointed Eric Steele chief financial officer. Steele formerly was CFO at Paytronix.
