Venzee’s Acquisition and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 1/2/26

Venzee Technologies Inc. announced it closed on its $2.1 million ($2.875 million Canadian) acquisition of the Jasper software as a service product information management solution business from Canada-based Digital Commerce Payments Inc. The software serves e-commerce merchants and platforms. The closing follows the announcement of the deal Oct. 31.
BitMart, a digital-asset trading platform, said it has integrated the AEON Payment Network in an effort to enable BitMart users to complete QR code payments through the BitMart app using cryptocurrencies.
Bitfarms Ltd., a Toronto-based energy and Bitcoin mining platform, agreed to sell a facility in Paraguay to the Sympatheia Power Fund, a fund specializing in crypto infrastructure and managed by Hawksburn Capital. The deal, expected to close within 60 days, completes Bitfarms’ departure from the Latin American market.
Humbl Inc. said it has renamed itself TAP Real Estate Technologies Inc. to better reflect its focus on blockchain-based tokenization of real-estate assets.
